The Suitability Panel will only record an individual's E-mail address and/or contact details if they send our site a message or for the purpose of communicating Panel business to them. The information an individual provides is collected for the purposes of responding to the matters raised in an individual's electronic correspondence or a Panel matter relating to them.
We will only collect information that is necessary to perform these functions and we will only use the information for the purposes for which it was collected.

When you provide the Suitability Panel information about other individuals, the Suitability Panel relies on you to make them aware that such information will or may be provided to other institutions and authorities for the purpose for which it was intended.
